"Less than worthless. The agent does everything to pass along problems to his staff. Maybe his staff shields him, but I have requested to speak with Osborne several times....to no avail.. . he is always too busy. Had easier times getting meetings with members of Congress. Not kidding. I had a claim and and all they did was give me the claims number. I asked for help and was told that is was something they do not do. I am going elsewhere. Been with State Farm for 35 years. Only agent who I have left. Just was just poor service if you can call it that. Run dont walk from him."
